Pshaw. VR is sort of the singularity point of all future entertainment forms; the problem is that this isn't really VR, it's a TV you wear on your head.


A 3d display that can accurately track your every head (and possibly eye) movement is near enough for mass market penetration.

A VR controller would be akin to WiiU's gamepad.  The wearer has his own screen (with no peaking!), other players would watch the TV screen (or possibly another VR).
