Systematically rate your interest in your games on a scale from one to ten or something like that then simply go from the top rated games down. Assigning a number will help you realize where your interests truly are. Ask yourself which games you would finish first if you had to hypothetically get rid of all of them. In this manner as your backlog grows you should at least be managing to play your higher priority games.
If you resell your games keep an eye on which games have better resell value and try to play those while you can still sell them for a decent amount.
