This may seem like heresy but if the presence of a profusion of games in preventing you from focusing, then you should trade a bunch of them in. Generally I'd start with older games or titles that got bad to mixed reviews. You can use the money to pre-order games you're really jazzed about. If you've played some games in a series then you should try to finish it off and play any sequels.
