Nope, you can't Media Go was specifically for the PSPGo.  You can only gain access to psp and psp compatible games from Media Go.

No, you cant play your psp games on your PS3. Downloading psp games to your PS3 will only alow you to transfer those games to your psp.

yup, it should appear on your download list as long as you're using the same psn id on your psp and on media go.
