I don't know either, so I recommend using a PS3 as a middle man. But even better would be to search the PSP games you are looking to download on the Vita's PS Store and download them directly. If you are using the same account it should recognize that you already bought those titles. You can also look back through your download list located in the Store in the "..." icon and scroll down to find compatible games that you already own. There should be around 250 compatible PSP games for Vita but there could be more that can be backdoored by transfering them from a PS3 (they need to be install files, not already installed ones). Looks like I will have to bust out my PS3 that has it downloaded already. Right now I'm at a house that has terrible wifi. My PC, a PSP Memory Stick and 2 PS3's have the The Legend of Dragoon downloaded to it, but I got rid of my PSP as a trade in bonus for the Vita and my main/already hooked up PS3 is not accessible.
Which is why the Sony service of Media Go not working with the Vita is stupid.
