For SH2 you need get a 10 star rank, part of the requirement is beating the game on hardest combat difficulty and hardest puzzle difficulty at same time, the puzzles aren't an issue if know what to do but the combat difficulty is, you also can only take a very limited amount of damage through the entire playthrough.

You need beat the game 5 times also, plus the side scenario, but those can all be done on easy/easy and only the final run matters.  Can easily speed through the game in 2 hours or so if know where to go and I did all this on PS2.

There was a patched released but it far from fixed everything and there will not be further patches

Yeah they are multiple endings hope there is a ufo ending or something random as that like in homecoming that shit was funny
