Try to make this about her, not you and your ego and if you are doing something wrong. Feel free to send her a message and ask her if she is ok. If she still doesn't respond, move on. And never presume you are really close to anyone just because you feel it.
And people do get busy and whatnot. It is good to keep busy. Things do happen.
