Why not? The only situation when it would be better to wait is if she's playing games. Then she's not worth it anyway (unless she's REALLY REALLY hot) :p

Maybe she met another guy, Then it's all over anyway maybe she's busy, Then he'd just be annoying her by trying to contact her maybe she's tired of texting and wants him to make the move, Then she'd of agreed to meet up with him when he asked etc. In those cases he better makes the move ;)

I don't think she's interested, but if you want a chance at making her interested ignore her until she wants to talk. This is the answer glamorous ghetto! This is his only chance!
