Why not? The only situation when it would be better to wait is if she's playing games. Then she's not worth it anyway (unless she's REALLY REALLY hot) :p

Maybe she met another guy, maybe she's busy, maybe she's tired of texting and wants him to make the move, etc. In those cases he better makes the move ;)
