For those who didn't know yet, the DMC 4 version of the PS3 has a 21 minute file install before you can play the game. It was expected that the 5gb installed would help with loading times compared to the 360. This turns out to be partially true. The PS3 loads on average 1 second faster then the 360.
Could the reason for this giant file needed be because of the slow Blu Ray reading speed?
