That may be fine for you but I can understand if someone else wouldn't be happy with that. I've got a 100/100 connection so If I get a 1.5 MB/s download speed I'm not happy at all. On Steam I usually get 10 MB/s download speeds. That's a lot closer to my max speed than 1.5 is to 3 max.

holy shit thats a fast connection, i'm happy with mine though, Ive been living with 600kb/s and 20gb limit for years.
