Who the fuck cares. It looked great on my 1376*768 LCD TV. I don't know about the game but the visuals were topnotch and sharp as a knife. If they can achieve that with 1024*640 fine. Thats still twice the resolution as SD and it seems to be enough for 720p TVs to look good as there were none of the terrible artefacts I see in PS2 games.
