It's frightening is what it is. I wouldn't buy an overpriced iPhone or iPad if my life depended on it.
Note that Apple has lost everywhere else in the world except the U.S. It must be easier to buy your way through the U.S. justice system.
I for one will vote with my wallet in support of Samsung or for that matter anyone who isn't Apple.
