Ya this is not over Samsung will appeal. I haft to admit apple has a point with samsung copying its phones. I mean they look and feel so similar.Samsung just gave an Apple chip developer (basically apple) $4bill to make chips for there phones. I just think samsung should settle, there new phones are different now. Samsung cannot settle though there in to deep. Without those innovations in there phones infancy which they stole from apple. Samsungs phones would not be where they are today. I just think this will drag out for years and years. Apple was first and Samsung copied there design its blatant and obvious. Samsung made billions off of this. They will never stop fighting the ruling because it will destroy there mobil phone market. Samsung will fight until they distance themselves from apple with new phone designs.
