Stupid jury kills innovation/competition and hands Apple a monopoly

Just when Samsung was really starting to become an actual rival to Apple. I really hope this is overturned, otherwise I'd hate to see competition get killed. Apple and it's overpriced products need to stop, or at least face some challenge.
