I fail to see how Samsung did $1 billion in damage to the company that has just become the richest company in American history off the iPhone and the iPad. Show me the victim. The only victim in this is likely to be the consumer if Apple gets to block sales of competing hardware.
Or did Apple just win the corporate battle but possibly take the first step in losing the consumer the war?
