I made a mistake of posting outside of this thread. It's really hard to reason with Nintendo fans. Anyway, I've sent email to http://www.ghostlight.uk.com/ with suggestion to localoze Ragnarok for EU market. They were nice enough to reply, so Europeans if you want game published in EU spam the potential publishers email.
