Why do people try to claim Circumcision has no health benefits?

fun fact incidence of health related problems due  to circumcision is also of that order , so health wise there is no real winner  , i saw a tv show where the fathers reason for his sons circumcision was so he wasn't called a milk bottle , apparently helmet head was okay .
