Ecstasy isn't a heavy drug. Like weed it's less damaging than tobacco or alcohol. Just as many people die of an ecstasy overdose as people die falling from a horse and no one is banning horseriding.
OT - I don't know. Maybe, maybe not. Maybe there should be some testing beforehand, as to get a driving license. Then you can consume ectasy, weed, acid, all these middle drugs, on private, or during a rave party. And then report regularly so your condition can be medically and psychologically availed.
