that's not nearly taking it far enough, ova and sperm need to have human rights and people have to give them a chance to live or to be made to do so (at gun point if need be) - ofc if any of these potential human beings are "wasted" their potential parents need to be arrested for murder (or shot at sight as they are a serious threat to society)
