What is the incidence of health problems associated to uncircumcised men?
About the only serious health problem I see claims for that would not be managed by wearing a condom when having sex outside of a commited relationship or through proper hygiene is an increased risk of penile cancer; and penile cancer occurs in 1 in 100,000 men.
