How do left-hand-traffic drivers feel when playing right-hand traffic games?

I've driven in US and Australia. Its just not an issue and even less so in a video game. IRL the only issue came in making a turn in an intersection where I almost went to the wrong side of the road. But, that was once in downtown Brisbane.
