Moving employees to new studios means less project leaders, less directors, less overhead. They don't need to pay for building rental, and with studios that have ineffective employees, they can get rid of bad employees and replace them with these. I'd say it is overall downsizing a whole studio minus 10-20% or so.

I think they are keeping everything about studio liverpool except the dev part. So all the buildings and stuff will still be there and used.
