How do left-hand-traffic drivers feel when playing right-hand traffic games?

There is no difficulty in making the transition from real life to games. On the other hand making the change from driving on the left in Australia and then visiting Europe and switching to the right can be a bit of an adjustment.

For instance on my last trip top Europe when I first got into a car and tried to indicate I had instead activated the windscreen wipers lol
