You're screwed, glued, and tattooed, dude. If you go through the official Playstation website and attempt to purchase a game, you will be forwarded to another online retailer (Gamestop, Best Buy, etc.) to buy the download code. But you can't use that code if you're not using your PS3. So this begs the question, why in the f*** are you not bringing your console to college?
