Can Sony catch a break? OnLive’s Patents Could be Used to “Sue the Sh*t Out of” Gaikai

I really don't see this being a problem. Gaikai probably has just as many important patents that Onlive has. They've probably been cross licensing them with each other. An AMD/intel relationship going on. The only way I can see this going bad was if Apple were to pick up Onlive to do battle with Sony over Android... Which I honestly don't see happening
