What is the Vita's Sweet Spot Price?

Assuming I'd have to spend at least $25 on memory card and $30 on a game, I wouldn't pay more than $150 for a Vita.

I'm not suggesting it isn't worth more than that to some folks, but that is the upper limit of what it is worth, to me.
