Really slow steaming on youtube

It eases the load on their servers a lot. They seem to assume that everyone has fast enough internet that it shouldn't be a problem anymore.

I haven't had it personally, but have you tried clearing your cache and all of that?

Sorry i have tried clearing it. Drives me up the wall
