multiple factors for me:
My 3DS fulfils my handheld needs
I'm a student and while I'm not short of money, I don't feel I can justify spending that much money on a system with only 4 games I am interested in (Soul Sacrifice, Persona 4 Golden, Gravity Rush and Tales of Innocence R)
Links in with the previous point, but not enough games that interest me
