Like... an expanded universe Sith or something?
I mean... the hallmarks of the Palpaltine government were taking away the autonomy of individual planets because of their squabbling and creating a much larger, powerful and bigger central government by focusing on the plight of the average person caused by a lack of regulation of the planets leading to a lot of squabling and the little guy getting screwed over.
Besides which... how much policy work do you think Joe Biden is in charge of?
