meh. I'd just get the games I like through Virtual Console. I'm sure those will soon be playable through 3DS as well. I can only see Nintendo making 3DS/WiiU cross compatible for most titles that are digital only. Kinda like how Playstation is handling it. (not cross buy of new games... just old and digital only titles)
