First I'll upgrade my graphics card, probably around the time AC3 comes out on pc.
In the coming 5 years I'll be looking to upgrade my home theater projector with a 2160p version, at which point a new pc will be welcomed capable of rendering in 3840x2160.
Looking forward to the new consoles until then.
I'll still be playing my cd collection the old fashioned way, sounds fine, better then mp3 anyway. I'm much more impressed with music on blu-ray. I'll keep buying blu-rays until hvd comes out, streaming is a dead end for now, just the occasional Netflix. I don't see any significant internet upgrades in my area in the coming 5 years. I'll keep recording movies from tv, better quality and newer content then Netflix here in Canada.
I cancelled my mobile phone 3 years ago, not interested. No interest in handheld gaming either, I hate small screens :)
Oh and for internet I'll be using this 10 year old laptop with it's lovely big 1400x1050 screen with windows xp until it blows up.
