I kinda doubt there is a line in the contract that says "feel free to sell this stuff if you like".
I'm more inclined to think the confidentiality contract contains a paragraph that tells the signer what would happen if s/he gave away info (or the entire system..). And the contracts I signed usually had 6-7 figure penalty numbers in it..
