1980: Soviet Union (URS) 195 (western boycott)
1984: United States (USA) 174 (eastern boycott)
1992: Unified Team (EUN) 112 (non-boycott)

USA had 110 medals in Peking 2008.

94 medals at the moment. Will most probably go over 100. Still some medals to get for team USA, at least 3 medals are already secured (2 gold in basketball finals, 1 gold or silver in women's volleyball final). Plus track & field (last day tomorrow) and I bet a few more.

What is the Unified Team?
