Hmmmmmm... well let's see what the sales data says...
Brawl- 11.12 Million copies
Street Fighter IV- 6.68 Million. This figure includes all versions of the game, across all consoles. That means Super Street Fighter IV (360, PS3) Super Street Fighter IV (3DS, 360, PS3) and Arcade Edition (PS3, 360)
Mortal Kombat- 2.09 Million for the PS3, 360, and Vita versions.
So, I'm curious to know, what fighting franchise is more successful than Smash?
