Not really, that is what First Person Shooters on the PC have always been about, brilliant graphics.
A budget of 200 bucks (160 for a grfx card + 40 for ram) would be enough to upgrade most many pcs in order to run this.
If I have to pay 500$ for a new console I want it to do shit that is abso-fucking-lutely unique like Agnis Philosophy or Enders Scrolls 3 with a new Fox engine.
