Really the point for me that is most prevelant is the last. Sony bought Gaikai. Their hardware loses money. Avoid money losing hardware by putting your games directly onto your TVs. Adds more value to Sony TVs if they are the only device to play Sony games on (then buy a Xbox 720 or WiiU to play on it too)
