He passed that with a democrat controlled congress though. The first two years of his presidency the democrats controlled both houses. Honestly, i think the timing of that health care law was terrible. Mid recession is not the time to be inacting health care reform. I think that is my biggest problem with obama so far, he went after health care instead of the economy.
