What an absolute bullshit call made by the ref in that Canada VS USA soccer game, literally changed the outcome.
Game should have ended 3-2, and even American fans I talked to agreed. That Norwegian ref made one of the stupidest calls I have ever seen in this sport. The goalie delay of game? When the heck do you see refs making that call these days? By the time she actually got up off the floor and played the ball it had only been 5 seconds, not 10. Which resulted in a free kick and hitting a Canadian's hand a single yard away.
I'm not trying to put down team USA they played a great game and besides that stupid call it was a fantastic game, but that call basically made team USA advance in this tournament... without a doubt. That ref should be ashamed of herself.
