You get new story for the dlc characters in the CS series, but I doubt its worth full price.

Yeah, CS2EX goes into all the past stories more in depth as well as continuing the main story AND adding two side stories. It took me and my brother six hours yesterday to get through the Calamity Trigger story. It would've been a lot shorter (probably 2-3 hours), but we forgot to take it off the Hell difficulty.
