So I am going to school for Game Art, one of the programs I was sent was Maya 2012, I've downloaded Maya but was told I should now download the Hotfix 4 for Maya.
So I looked up Hotfix 4, found the download, and on the official MAC download page it tells me that i should uninstall the Maya Composite before installing Hotfix 4.
What in the hell is the Maya Composite?! I feel like a flipping idiot just asking this, t feels like it is going to be something stupidly simple and borderline common sense.
But I have no idea wtf it is talking about and there doesnt seem to be any help on this on the internet lol
