The Prolouge is around 4.5GB with just 10 tracks (5 environments), 50 events (each only 1 race each), and 40 cars . I would expect the real game to have at least 40 different environments (about 100 different tracks), 100 events with multiple races each, and about 400 cars (yes, there will be less than in GT4, but seriously why do we need Honda Odyseeys in GT games?) I think this is going to put the game roughly at around 40-45GB. It will be a monster of a game and expect mucho downloadable content too. I have yet to see anything confirm rally races will be in this game and I have not seen any videos of rally races. I will be disappointed if those get left out of the final game, but wouldn't be suprised due to space limitations, and having to make a whole different physics model due to the fact that the cars aren't running on asphalt, which certainly would be time consuming.
