Try the Civfanatics website for some awesome Civ 3 scenarios. Some of them are way better than the ones provided by conquest / the full edition.

(just remembered that some of those scenarios (such as WW2 Global) were pulled from the site due to Rocotech not liking Civfantics so some of those scenarios you have to go to Storm Over Civilization to download)
PS I was BEERPACK on that site and I believe I got a few shout outs in the credits (at least in WW2 Global). Age of Imperialism is an insane scenario considering how much work the guy put into it on graphics, units, etc..
