yeah i also wonder. i don't know the english definition but in german i believe the definition is like:

"using the biological differences as defining factor to determine the humans possibilities and attributes and with that putting one race above another race"

or something like that. as example no one can't deny that on average, black americans have better physical possibilities if it comes to 100-metre dash than white americans. i would lie if i would say i think every race has the same possibilities there and not only i would lie, everyone would lie to say that just to be no racist. but if i would say they are better humans because of that i think that would be racist.
