Yeah it is... and hotmail today is a lot better than most people realize. 

Outlook.com is really great though. Anyone with hotmail can access it and people can choose to upgrade to it and migrate all their emails, contacts and skydrive stuff or just keep using hotmail.com.

Ok, it looks great but I don't care about looks. I count quality with my watch, if I can do something currently  in 5 seconds, I require that future email can do that in less than 5 seconds. If it is slower than current email, then it worse email. Plain and simple. Slower=worse, faster=better, everything else means absolutely nothing to me.

i´ve a Gmail account that i did because Youtube order me so i couldnt use my hotmail account it wasnt letting me and i rather have hotmail or Outlook instead of Gmail... But i guess that up to preferences.
