An 8 core Atom chip, let's not forget that part. And, as I asked above, I don't know how much better are the new Atom chips. Maybe the quad AMD APU that according to rumors will included in the PS4 can beat this 8 core one.
And if they go with Nvidia, which GPU can they use? We can scrap the GTX680/670 as well as the older GTX 580/570/560 as they are very expensive and/or use more than 150W, too high for a console.
Although if rumors about it are true, they could try to get the GTX 660, but that would be too expensive.
