not a chance, i think the vita will end the year with 8 million units sold, there is so way the WiiU can reach that.

There is no way that the Vita will end the year with 8 million units sold without a price cut.

maybe its very optimistic but i do think CoD and AC will sell butloads of units. ohh i should mention i mean 8 million units shipped not sold accorind to vgchatz

Those two games may encourage some people to buy a Vita to play them, but the names of those games makes them appear to be spinoffs of Black Ops 2 and AC3, so most people will just get the console version. I doubt either of those games are good enough to get people to pay at least $300 just to play them.

i thought they are gonna do bundles for 270$ with AC and a 4 memory GB card. honestly thats a good deal, also ubisoft and activision seem to have awesome marketing teams im sure they can provide the right marketing to show that they are there own stand alone games

Bundles can help, but if someone doesnt want AC3 Liberation, the bundle doesn't help. Also I think Activision and Ubisift have many much more important games to focus on marketing this fall, like the console versions of BO2 and AC3.

well if CoD and AC do great numbers on the vita, then ubisoft and activision have a great oppertuinity to reach a new market for there biggest IP's AC and CoD selling buttloads on consoles is a sure thing... its gonna happen no matter what. but now they have an oppertuinity to reach new sales and a new market so i think there gonna give it some good marketing. im not saying they will do console numbers or even be close. but if they make a fan base on the vita to sell 2/3 million copies a game, then thats very good and thats something that both publishers would want.
