If you're really in this kind of dilemma though, you might as well stay atheist. To properly adhere to most religions, you can't be that close-minded. Especially if you want to continue understanding science and such. Atheism is of course based on this very type of close-mindedness (in that you're "correct" in your assertions about reality) so that would really be perfect for you.

2.) This thread wasnt sincere, no. It was more to demonstrate how impossible it is to discover the religion that praises he actual God. With so many religions and so many different Gods, many of whom demand worship, it is impossible to know which God to worship. No matter which God you choose, you probably won't choose the actual God & you'll probably be punished for it. Check out this video.
