PS3 Version was abandoned by capcom. (http://www.capcom-unity.com/ask_capcom/go/thread/view/7371/29215757/Capcom_on_MH3G_localization:_no_plans,_but_possible&post_num=30#521746661)
Vita version announced in Europe (or anywhere else) now is highly unlikely.
This leaves only 3G (hopefully) or 4 - I think it's too far away for any info about localization.
