I'm all about accountability whether it's a company, or the consumer but should this be a faulty hardware, one case is one case too many specially that of a fire hazzard.
Personally, I hope it's just a slight misuse of the Vita on the user's part. Otherwise, no matter how low the number, I certainly would not want to be one of those individuals.
